The following Fish Entrees are available every day:

Twin Lobster Tails
With drawn butter and choice of vegetable and potato.
Surf and Turf
Nice sized, succulent Lobster Tail and juicy Petit Filet Mignon au jus.
Maine Lobster
From 1 ½ to 2 ½ pounds are always available, steamed, broiled or stuffed. Lobster devotees can call ahead for larger sizes.
Salmon
Served a variety of tempting ways.
  • Broiled Salmon topped with a horseradish dill sauce
  • Baked Salmon with a seafood stuffing
  • Pan seared Salmon with a mango and pineapple salsa
  • Pan seared Salmon with Baby Bok Choy and Teriyaki Glaze
  • Pan seared Salmon in a lemon herb sauce
  • Pan seared Salmon with red pepper couli and grilled asparagus


Every day we feature two special "Catch of the Day" dishes such as monk fish, stripped bass, sea bass and orange roughy, prepared by Abel Conklin's chef. Some of the examples of recent selections are given below.
  • Sauteed Chilean Sea Bass with fine herbs, topped with fried leeks and basil butter
  • Broiled Seafood Platter with shrimps, scallops, baked clams and flounder
  • Seafood Crepe stuffed with scallops, crayfish, shrimp, mushrooms and scallions baked with a cream sauce
  • Cajun Catfish
  • Sauteed Soft Shell Crabs in a white wine sauce
  • Panko Crusted Chilean Sea Bass on a bed of fresh spinach with a lobster sauce
