Every day we feature two special "Catch of the Day" dishes such as monk fish, stripped bass, sea bass and orange roughy, prepared by Abel Conklin's chef. Some of the examples of recent selections are given below.
- Sauteed Chilean Sea Bass with fine herbs, topped with fried leeks and basil butter
- Broiled Seafood Platter with shrimps, scallops, baked clams and flounder
- Seafood Crepe stuffed with scallops, crayfish, shrimp, mushrooms and scallions baked with a cream sauce
- Cajun Catfish
- Sauteed Soft Shell Crabs in a white wine sauce
- Panko Crusted Chilean Sea Bass on a bed of fresh spinach with a lobster sauce
